Neighbourhood Parliaments of Children in Schools

Children of about 30 families, organized according to their residential territories, can form these neighbourhood parliaments. We are insistent that these parliaments be neighbourhood-based and not class-based since for us little citizens it is the neighbourhoods that give concrete people and situations to respond to in terms of proactive action like greening, helping the disabled, the  aged, the drop-outs etc. Children also will be happy to have this different type of grouping once a week.
